It is with great pleasure that the Fleury-Monnat family presents its activities. We cultivate 7 hectares of vineyards in Buix in the commune of Basse-Allaine (JU).
We also produce our own brandies from the fruit of our orchards, including the famous Damassine AOP. All our products are for sale in our small shop in Alle and can be tasted in our wine cellar. To accompany the wine tasting, you can also try Ajoie specialties such as bacon, dried sausages or cheese.

The Leytron wine cellar brings together 85 of the most prestigious winegrowers in the Valais, geographically distributed between Martigny and Salquenen. Xavier Bagnoud opened the Oenotheque in Leytron 20 years ago. Smaller and larger wineries stand side by side, but in each winery the oenothèque has brought together the best of the various wine lists.
In Valais, the so-called speciality grape varieties account for around 15% of the vineyard area. In the Leytron cellar, the ratio is reversed and 85% of the wines are rare. If you want to taste and buy rarities, the shortest way leads to this Oenothek. It is also an ideal place for a night’s lodging.

Situated in the heart of the Côte vineyards between the villages of Gilly and Tartegnin, the Domaine de la Vissenche enjoys a magnificent location and an exceptional view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. The winery has an area of ten hectares, mainly planted with vines, and one hectare of orchards.
The entire production is vinified by us in the cellars of the winery. Our “Grands Crus” from Tartegnin benefit from the “la Côte” designation of origin and are sold directly on the estate or delivered throughout Switzerland.

Idyllic and easily accessible, Grimisuat basks on the southern slope just above Sion, home to the Cave des Bouquetins winery. The Capricorn, the symbol of our cellar, in fact embodies our goals: high quality standards and the close relationship with the terrior. Here competent wines are produced from the exceptional Montorge slopes.
