The Gotthard Show Dairy is located at the gates to southern Switzerland, 200 meters from the Airolo highway exit. The cheese dairy consists of the show dairy, restaurant, museum and a sales outlet.
In the restaurant of the Gotthard Show Dairy, many dishes focus on the products of our dairy, but the menu also includes a rich selection of other specialties. (warm kitchen from 11.30 – 22.00)
