We run a small, well-kept wellness farm on our farm, which is in a very quiet and well-kept location with a beautiful view of the Fribourg Alps and the Jura chain. We are a family farm and we specialize in rearing pullets. With 5ha of cherries, cider apple plants and large high trunks, we have built up various footholds. In our smokehouse we specialize in the refinement of chicken breast, trout and Lake Constance eels. The two types of fish and the chicken breast we always smoke fresh on the farm.

The friendly bar-restaurant is located at the beginning of the route “des Bisse des Ravines” in Bruson.Specializing in regional products, the team of “Chez Eddy” serves cheese and Valais dishes. Its raclettes and various fondues are widely known.
Musical evenings with traditional music or other festivities take place throughout the year at Raclett’ House. On Sundays in summer, numerous events take place in a marquee with 120 seats. For families with children there is a playground.

In 1997, Jean-Michel decided, as a pioneer, to clearly orientate the farm towards the organic cultivation of medicinal plants, in collaboration with the Coopérative Valplantes, to which he delivers his entire harvest. Already in 2010, when the third generation, Guillaume, joins the established team, a project takes shape: the construction of an essential oil distillery. 2014 will be the year of the foundation stone and 2015 the year of the first distillations.
